How do I apply for the Tune Up tournament?

Applications can only be submitted from our website at www.skylandssoccerclub.com.

How do I pay the tournament fees?

Registration fees can be paid by credit card upon completing the online application.  Payment can also be made by check that should be sent to:

If our Club has several teams participating can we pay with 1 check?

We prefer Club’s sending several teams to make payment with 1 check.

If a team is not accepted, will we receive our application fee refunded?

Yes; any team not accepted will have their registration fee refunded.

If our team is accepted and we cannot participate, will we receive a tournament refund?

No; once a team is accepted and they cannot participate a refund is not returned.

Can we bring guest or secondary players?

Yes; we accept 5 guest players per team.

When will acceptances be emailed?

Acceptance emails will be sent by August 5th.

When are flights posted?

Flighting will be posted by August 10th.

When are schedules posted?

Schedules will be posted no later than one week before the start of the tournament.

When is Check-In?

All teams now have the option to check-in online up to September 1st or in person at Frankford Township Park the night before the tournament between 6-9pm. If not able to check-in online prior to September 1st, teams will have to attend in person check-in on the Friday night before the tournament.

Can I Check-In Saturday?

All teams must check-in on-line or Friday night due to the size of the tournament.  If you are coming from a far distance, a request via email to [email protected] can be made to register Saturday morning at Tournament Headquarters.

What do I need to upload/bring to Check-In?

1. Player passes (USYSA - state pass or US Club).
2. State or US Club official roster

1. If you are doing in person check-in, bring two (2) copies of the official team roster (we will keep one)

1. Medical release form (download from our website)
2. Permission to Travel Form (out of state teams only)

What time does the first match begin on Saturday?

Tournament play begins at 8:00AM on Saturday morning.

Can we purchase tournament shirts by pre-order?

Yes; there is a form on the website for tournament shirts at a discounted price. Pre-orders can be picked up Saturday at the Tournament Headquarters Tent. Pre-orders will be grouped by team. Please send one person to pick up all shirts for their team. Individual players shirts will not be handed out.

Is this a patch tournament?

Yes; all teams should exchange Club patches after every match.

How many players per team are allowed on the roster?

• U10 is 7v7 (6 field players plus goalie) ONLY 14 PLAYERS CAN BE ROSTERED PER MATCH
• U11-U12 is 9v9 (8 field players plus goalie) ONLY 14 PLAYERS CAN BE ROSTERED PER MATCH

We are from out of the area how can we find a hotel?

All host hotels are listed on the Tournament website.

Where can we find directions to field sites?

All directions are posted on the tournament website.

Does my team need to check-in before every match?

Yes; there will be a field marshal at each site and teams need to check-in with their player passes and official roster 30 minutes prior to their match.

Our coach/trainer works with multiple teams.  Can we request separate match times?

An email can be sent to [email protected] requesting teams not to play at the same time, but due to the size of the tournament, requests may not be able to be fulfilled. Please make arrangements for an alternate coach.

Where are scores posted?

Scores will be posted on our website.

Where are trophies presented?

Trophy presentations will be done at the trophy tent immediately following the last match of the group.
