Dear Parents,
With
the original start of the spring sports season slated for this week we
would like to reach out to everyone with an update on how the season
will proceed going forward. In these uncertain times it is difficult to
form a concrete plan. Like everyone else we are taking things day by
day. Currently all organized sports activities are put on hold. However
we are still holding out hope that we will be able to play a partial
season. With not knowing what is going to happen we are being very
conservative in our planning of teams/schedules and purchasing of
equipment and uniforms. When the season does begin please be patient
with us as there will be quite a bit of work that will need to be
completed in a very short period of time and things may be a little
haphazard in the beginning.
In
the event that the spring season ends up being cancelled completely
refunds will be given to all registrants. If anyone has been
financially impacted by COVID-19 and is in need of a refund at this time
please contact us.
In
the meantime, use this time to get outside and practice with your kids,
but please do so at your own homes. While Frankford Park is open for
people to use the walking path we do not want people congregating in
groups on the fields. The internet is filled with ideas and activities
that you can do with your child. Here are a few sites that we recommend:

and will adhere to the guidelines and recommendations of our
sanctioning bodies and our local, state and federal government. We
thank you for your patience and cooperation as we all work through this
situation.
Sincerely,
